RADIO BINGO 

Place : Immanuel Union Church  

Time 7:00pm-11:00 (doors open 7pm no earlier or we get charged)

Ticket price $40 includes bingo card / chips soda / coffee  (table or in back not sure yet)

10-12 people to a table 

Basket Raffles  10-15  (Dj decision )

50/50    (end of night)

Birthday board. (end of night)

number sticks $5 each ( called between rounds ) 

Attendees can bring what they like with that being said it’s a 21 AND OVER event 

NO KIDS NO EXCEPTIONS 

Prizes last year we did wine and scratch off any other ideas are welcome.

After meeting flyers will be made if you can help with printing let us know 

also post on social media.

Need volunteers for:

 Basket (going to business’s) 

set up 5:30pm

clean up after event 

kitchen (yes Carol I know )

door collecting tickets and such 

selling tickets

50/50 selling
