DESCRIPTION:Bundle up for Troop 2’s annual Winter Weekend at Goose Pond Scout Reservation! Scouts will enjoy a weekend of outdoor adventure\, team-building\, cold-weather camping\, and scout skills in a scenic mountain setting. \n\n\n\n🏕️ Activities may include: winter hiking\, fire building\, shelter construction\, and indoor/outdoor patrol competitions (weather permitting). This is an excellent opportunity for scouts to build resilience and camaraderie. \n\n\n\n🧣 Scouts should pack for cold weather\, including thermal layers\, gloves\, hats\, sleeping gear rated for winter temperatures\, and waterproof boots. A full packing list will be provided in advance. \n\n\n\n🚗 Carpooling will be coordinated closer to the trip date.
